Project Planning & management

 

Digidoc chiefly undergoes all pragmatic routes necessary in order to determine which fellow ESP systems hosting websites are deemed noteworthy enough to engage in future collaborative engagements.

That said, in order to define terms in a minimalistic yet thorough manner, it is necessary to define the terms ‘project planning’ and ‘management’ in discrete spheres, or terms.

 

a.Project Planning

 

--chiefly refers to direct engagement with either a) solely Digidoc; exclusively to that of engaging with/relating to (or, encompassing of) the use of commonly maintained schedules known as Gantt charts, in order to “plan and subsequently report progress within the project environment (Wikipedia, project planning)

 

b.Project Planning

 

--now to elaborate on project planning in more elaborate detail.  The fulcrum of any fundamentally sound, well-planned ERP project rests upon the project scope, which, as such, is to define the requisite methodology in order to complete [said] task—by logic of precedence , not recency.

 

c.  Project Planning

 

--furthermore, the project scope is narrowed down using a work breakdown structure. In overall compliance of/with customer satisfaction, critical paths/logical dependencies are a successful barometer(s) of an ERP system(corporation)’s ability to run & maintain project planning oversight—in terms of the ‘activity network diagram’—of which Digidoc Inc. fully and wholeheartedly prides itself on the [efficiency] of.  Lastly, float, or slack time in the schedule can be calculated using project management software. Then the necessary resources can be estimated and costs for each activity can be allocated to each resource, yielding the total project cost.  At this stage, the project plan may be optimized to achieve the appropriate balance between resource usage and project duration to comply with the project objectives.  Once established and agreed [upon], the plan becomes what is known as the baseline operation.  Progress will then be measured against the baseline throughout the life of the project.  Analyzing progress with respect to the baseline is known as Earned Value management. 

 

2)  management

 

--the fundamental explanation of how Digidoc inc. successfully integrates itself into 21st century ERP web networks rests upon further clarification/elaboration of the previoiusly mentioned, ‘Earned Value management”. 

ERV is predicated upon notions consisting of predominantly said resource usage, which Digidoc knowingly and willingly recognizes, as efficient, adequate consumption/allocation of resources is of utmost importance during this global recession we are currently in.
