Digidoc systems selection interface is frequently updated and highly user friendly. Upper tier level ERP functionality/risk of default are high and low, respectively, due largely in part to Digidoc’s partner corporations and their respective good standing(s) in the ERP systems marketplace worldwide.
Unfortunately, there are many pseudo ‘clone’ ERP system [hosting] sites that merely attempt to ‘spin-off’ both upper & medium [level] enterprise systems (i.e. SAP, Oracle, movex, and [medium] level ones such as Microsoft Navision, Axapta, Tropos, and the like. And, furthermore, corporations/independent vendors attempting to select a proficient ERP system may also be exacerbated “by the fact that some systems are geared for discrete manufacturing environments, whereas other are suited toward process industries such as chemical and food processing where the ingredients are not exact and where there might be re-work and byproducts of a process.
Given the intertwined spectrum of [solutions] choices available, it is often times the case in which companies choose an ERP system that is not well-tailored toward its needs.
